Exchanges
We accept exchange for eligible items within 1 week of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition. Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel, are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Order Changes and Cancellations
To modify or cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of placing your order.

Shipping and Delivery

• For Orders Under $100: A shipping fee applies. Payment methods include cash on delivery and credit card.
• For Orders Over $100: Free delivery is available. We accept cash on delivery and credit card payments.

Deliveries are available to your specified address; however, please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. All charges are calculated per order.
